QA Lead in Clockwise Software

QA Lead Dnipro, remotely At Clockwise Software, we develop mobile and web applications. Our clients are startups and businesses from North America, Europe and Australia. In connection with the expansion of the project in the field of Healthcare, we are looking for an experienced QALead 👩‍💻 We expect: From 5 years of experience in QA, at least 2 years in the position of Lead; work experience with QAAutomation; level of English — Upper Intermediate friend; experience in development and implementation of QA strategies, improvement of testing processes; the ability to manage the testing process and coordinate the work of the QA project team at all stages of the project life cycle; knowledge of the main metrics of software quality and the ability to analyze; API testing experience; experience in creating test plans, test cases and secret QA documentation; experience in using and configuring bug-tracking systems. 🙌 What tasks are waiting for you: Management of the testing process, both QA and AQA within the framework of the project; development and implementation of testing standards, best practices and QA processes; introduction of new tools, technologies and approaches to increase the efficiency and quality of the QA process; creation and management of test plans and test cases; testing of mobile web applications; ensuring effective communication in the team, promoting cooperation and knowledge sharing; setting metrics and key performance indicators of QA processes on the project. 👉 What we offer: Flexible work schedule; vacations—22 paid days and public holidays; English lessons at the expense of the company; necessary technical equipment.
