Responsibilities : Planning, estimation and risk analysis ofQA activities Organization and prioritization ofQA tasks Requirements and specifications testing Test cases, suites and checklists design and review Configuration oftest suites runs Components, integration and system testing Bug reporting and test results analysis Test execution control and technical debt management Creation and maintenance ofQA artifacts and documentation Handling production incidents, monitoring and troubleshooting Setting upand analysis ofQA metrics Optimizing quality standards and processes inateam Interviewing QAcandidates, QAmentoring and training People, performance and motivation management Researching inQA tools/technology Automation scope definition, automation tests running and results analyzing Requirements: 3+years ofexperience inQuality Assurance including 1+years ofexperience inQA team leading (3+QAs) The ability tomethodically solve business and technical problems Knowledge and experience inmeasuring coverage and efficiency oftesting Good understanding ofsoftware testing theory and methodologies Strong test analysis, preparation, and planning skills Knowledge and skills inrequirements testing Strong knowledge ofdifferent Testing Methods, Test Design Techniques, and Types Experience with Technical Specifications, Test Design Documents, etc. Experience with Task Management System Experience with Test Case management Software (Testmo, TestRail, etc.) Ability tobuild and maintain Test Documentation and Reports Experience inusing tools: Fiddler/Charles, Postman orsimilar Extensive experience inusing DevTools Good understanding ofclient-server architecture Experience orunderstanding ofautomation testing process Knowledge ofSQL and scripting Good communication skills, both written and verbal Optional: Experience inusing tools: Sentry, Kibana Experience ingaming/gambling domain Benefits: Highly competitive salary 30days off per year + bank holidays Regular team social events Plus the opportunity tojoin afast-growing business where the sky’s the limit.
