This involves addressing challenges like the absence ofmeasurableQA procedures, excessive manual workload, extended production release cycles, and the need tostreamline bug reduction inthe live environment. Responsibilities: Supervise ateam ofQA testers. Establish and trackQA metrics and KPIs. Improve store ratings and NPS score; reduce returns and cancellations. Streamline release process for speed and efficiency. Develop strategies toreduce the amount ofbugs inproduction. Requirements: Atleast 4years ofexperience with software testing. Experience inleading and mentoringQA teams. Strong hands-on skills— writing tests, code reviews, building mocks, and testing environments— along with Agile methodologies. Debugging/troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Team player with excellent communication skills. English B2+. Familiarity with testing Consumer Electronics Hardware, and the manufacturing process would beaplus. Soft skills: Tobeanowner ofthe product quality. Ability totackle complexQA challenges creatively. Flexible and self-learning. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability towork effectively inateam environment. Have astrong drive for execution and achievement.
