QA Lead (4-days work week) in Hellotickets

The QA Lead will be responsible for overseeing the release process of software products, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. This role emphasises technical expertise and process optimisation over direct people management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, release management, and continuous improvement practices.Main requirements:- English-B2- Minimum of 5 years in a QA role with at least 2 years focusing on release management.- Proven experience in software quality assurance and release management.- Excellent management skills, extreme attention to detail, ability to multitask- Self-starter who can develop solutions to solve challenges- Experience in backend functional testing using postman/swagger- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complexities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and implementation of release processes. Ensure that all releases meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.- Develop and implement quality assurance best practices and standards.
