AUTODOC pursues a strong customer focus on social media, through technical support in the respective national language and a demand-oriented product range currently comprising almost 2.5 million items from 545 brand manufacturers for 128 car brands.ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionTest Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all aspects of the user behavior tracking tool's functionality, including mobile applications.Manual Testing (Web and Mobile): Execute manual test cases on web and mobile applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement, documenting and reporting issues in a clear and structured manner.Regression Testing: Conduct thorough regression testing to verify that new features and enhancements do not introduce unintended side effects or break existing functionality on both web and mobile platforms.User Scenario Testing: Mimic real-world user scenarios to validate the tool's usability on mobile devices, ensuring it meets user expectations and requirements.Mobile Application Testing: Utilize mobile testing skills and tools to ensure the functionality, performance, and user experience of the mobile application.Integration Testing: Collaborate with developers to perform integration testing for mobile and web, ensuring seamless communication and functionality between system components.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks related to quality and provide input on risk mitigation strategies.Testing Metrics: Establish and monitor relevant testing metrics to assess the effectiveness of testing processes and drive continuous improvement.QualificationsExperience 4+ yearsStrong knowledge of SDLC UI/UX testing experienceUnderstanding of client-server architectureUnderstanding of network architecture: HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2, TCP/IP, DNSExperience with any relational database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, and any other.Mobile Application testing (ios/android)Leadership SkillsCollaboration and TeamworkLanguage skills - English B1/B2Strong theoretical knowledge baseExperience with JIRA, DevToolsUnderstanding of Scrum processesWill Be As a PlusAnalytical and problem-solving skillsProven experience in identifying, reporting, and managing defects and issuesProven experience in manual testing of HTTP/gRPC APIUnderstanding of testing layers and difference between themExperience with TestRail or any similar toolsExperience with Swagger, Postman, or similarUnderstanding of microservices architectureWhat do we offer?Competitive salary based on your professional experienceStable employment in the fast growing international companyWide benefit systemDynamic work environmentAbility to influence business and its resultsProfessional growth — you will attend free external and internal coursesPaid business trips and payment for participation in conferencesPaid corporate language classes (English, German, Polish)Join us today and let’s create a success story together!
