QA Engineer Manual in Eurasia Foundation

The Eurasia Foundation within the framework of the project "Support of digital transformation" (Digital Transformation Activity) funded by the US Government through the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Program of International Development Assistance from the Government of Great Britain (UK Dev) is looking for a QA Engineer Manual for SE "Prozorro":

Job description and qualification requirements:

The goal of the project is to expand the capabilities of SE PROZORRO (hereinafter - Enterprise) in ensuring the effective functioning of PROZORRO ITS and the support and development of other information systems of the enterprise.

Prozorro is a system of electronic public procurement that has replaced paper tenders. "Everyone sees everything" is our main principle. Thanks to the reform, all public procurement was transferred online. The Prozorro reform is a business card of Ukraine in the world and an example of a real reform based on open data and modern IT solutions.

Selection criteria and qualification requirements:

?         2+ years of experience in a QA Engineer Manual position

?         Understands the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

?         Uses the practices and shares the values ​​of Agile (Scrum) agile development methodologies;

?         Has good knowledge of testing theory (types of testing, testing techniques)

?         Has experience in conducting various types of testing;

?         Able to work with product requirements;

?         Has experience in writing and maintaining test documentation — test plans, test cases, checklists;

?         Experience with manual testing of Rest API, Postman;

?         Experience in manual testing of web applications, ability to work with dev tools;

?         Experience with Git;

?         experience with Jira, Confluence;

?         understanding API documentation, Swagger;

?         Good understanding of quality assurance principles;

?         Willingness to constantly develop and learn.

Will be a plus:

ISTQB certificate.

Knowledgeable in the field of public procurement (will be a significant advantage) .

Responsibilities of the expert (together with the team of employees of the Enterprise and external specialists who support and administer the ITS "PROZORRO" and other information systems):

-           Analysis of requirements;

-           Planning the testing process;

-           Helping the manual testing team;

-           Participation in planned targets;

-           Responsibility for the correct operation of new software products before their release to end users;

-           Optimization of the testing process;

-           Documentation maintenance;

-           Interaction with development teams.
