QA Engineer (Junior/Trainee)

Relokia is looking for a QA Engineer thanks to our product - a data migration service that helps to quickly, qualitatively and easily move a large amount of data from one help desk platform to another.

What we expect from you:

• Understanding of development processes and software life cycle
• Knowledge of general methodology, principles testing, test design technician, STLC
• Experience in maintaining test documentation (test plan, test scenarios, test cases)
• Ability to clearly describe the errors found
• Testing experience sites / web applications, UI/UX (devtools)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Rest API
• Experience with Insomnia/Postman, BrowserStack tools
< li> Knowledge of English at the level of reading/writing technical documentation
• Team player, attentive to details, you have many ideas.

Experience with:

• Experience with Test Management System (TestRail and bug tracking system (Jira) will be a plus)< /li>
• Understanding client-server architecture
• Understanding how Help Desk, Project Management, Accounting systems work
• Ability to write small scripts for generating test data
• Experience in end-to-end Automation Testing (Javascript/Cypress)
• Load testing (Apache benchmark, Jmeter)

Your responsibilities will be: < /b>

• Writing/support/execution of test documentation.
• Functional and non-functional testing + automation testing (writing tests, support, monitoring)
< li> Writing bug reports
• Collaboration with the development team and other project stakeholders
