QA engineer (Device) in TIRAS Technologies

At the moment we are not considering a remote work format. Our office is located in Vinnytsia.

What to do:

• Develop test cases, checklists for security and fire protection systems;

• Conduct software and hardware testing;

Identify and investigate device performance issues;

• Formulate and issue found bugs to device developers through the company's bug-tracking system;

• Discuss found bugs with developers. Accompany their resolution;

• Analyze and optimize the testing process;

• Identify weak points in the project and provide proposals for their solution;

Experience and skills required:

• Knowledge of the basics of testing, what types of testing there are, approaches, etc.;

• Understanding how test cases and checklists are formed. How bugs are formed from developed test cases;

• The presence of such qualities as: organization, perseverance, ability to learn quickly, responsibility, developed logical thinking;

• Teamwork;

• Technical education.

You will be a plus:

• Experience in testing hardware products;

• Knowledge of technical English at the level of reading and understanding the text;

• Basic knowledge of circuit engineering;

• Experience with microcontrollers;

• Experience in working with bug-tracking systems.
