Required practical experience:

— 3+ years of experience (front-end/back-end) in e-commerce and fintech

— Experience in creating test documentation: checklists, test cases, test reports, etc.

— Experience working on projects with modular/service and monolithic architectures

— Understanding of PHP, JS, HTML/CSS, JSON, XML

— Basic understanding of DNS, TCP/IP (IP addressing)

— Familiarity with web frameworks (Yii, Laravel, Vue.js, Bootstrap) is an additional advantage

— Experience testing web applications and mobile applications

— Experience testing backends: APIs, databases (SQL, Mongo), third-party service integrations — web analytics FB/Google

— Experience with bug-tracking systems (JIRA)

— Knowledge of SQL

— Knowledge of QA tools: TestRail, Chrome Developer Tools, Charles, Postman, Fiddler, Swagger, etc.

— Good knowledge of  protocols, web applications, and understanding of client-server architecture

— Experience with PageSpeed Insights, Google Search Console

— Excellent understanding of server request headers: what they are, how to view them, how to emulate them

— Excellent understanding of website resource optimization and resource caching: how to check, why to use

Key responsibilities and tasks:

— Analyzing and processing requirements

— Creating test plans and test cases/checklists and other types of test documentation

— Test automation

— Performing functional and regression testing

— Reporting identified defects, tracking issue reports, and verifying after resolution

— Effective collaboration with team members to achieve the best results

— Regular analysis of conducted tests, forming suggestions for work optimization and product development

— Regular and clear reporting on the status and progress of work, identifying potential risks in advance
