QA Engineer in GlenFlow

Role Summary:

GlenFlow is seeking a skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer professional to join our dynamic team. As QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely and meaningful feedback, thorough testing of WEB apps and mobile applications, including automation testing. Demonstrating proficiency in quality assurance practices, tools, and methods within an agile context and at scale is expected. Additionally, the QA Engineer will be responsible for testing devices according to provided instructions, conducting simple tests, and evaluating results while ensuring accuracy and attentiveness during testing. 

Requirements:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Analyze product releases to develop a comprehensive testing strategy, including key aspects of the product/release and the approach to testing.
• Create a comprehensive testing plan covering test types, scope, priorities, and methodologies.
• Conduct thorough testing of WEB apps, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance meet requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive mobile Android and IOS application testing, including compatibility, functionality, and user experience.
• Implement and utilize test tools such as API testing tools (Postman).
• Some experience with automation testing.
• Experience with relational or NOSQL databases. 

• Develop and maintain test documentation, including checklists, test cases, and QA plans.

   

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
• Show the capability to multitask by handling multiple testing tasks simultaneously.
• Perform quality control testing at the Kyiv office as needed.

• Execute lab equipment testing, follow qualification processes and safety procedures.

   

Will be a plus: 

• Having prior experience in a biomedical laboratory setting or with similar equipment is advantageous.
• Technical education or hardware QA experience is a plus.
• Experience with performance testing (JMeter).
• Experience with E2E tests (Cypress).
• Experience with Firebase. 
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
