QA engineer in SoftPro

Our QA engineers are not just "clickers", but professionals with deep analytical thinking and a creative approach. They do not just perform tests, but provide comprehensive product validation at all stages by simulating real-world usage scenarios. The team checks the accuracy of the system's operation, its reliability and resistance to the loads that may arise when processing large volumes of spatial data.

We are currently looking for a quality assurance specialist to join the team to help us ensure the flawless operation of SOFTPRPO GIS products at every stage of their life cycle.

Tasks:

• Planning and conducting testing of Web products (mainly manual testing with the possibility of development into automation).
• Analysis of test results and prioritization of tasks.
• Cooperation with developers and other team members to solve technical issues.
• Preparation of documentation (QA documentation - bug reports, checklists, test cases and accompanying (project) documentation for the system/product: instructions and specifications.

Will be a plus:

• Commercial experience in a similar position

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Understanding the principles of work client-server architecture.
• Knowledge of test design techniques and the ability to effectively apply them in practice.
• Ability to communicate effectively, offer optimal solutions for tasks.
• Experience with tools: Postman, DevTools, Jira.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for checking data in databases.
• Understanding development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
