Now we have an open vacancy for the position of a manualQA engineer for the project of virtual fault-tolerant storage based on the StarWind CVM appliance. Our project: StarWind CVM is a client - server virtualized storage, focused on working with VMware vSphere ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM hypervisors, delivered in the form of a virtual appliance. This software creates fault-tolerant and high-performance storage for operation in virtualized environments. In fact, StarWind CVM "mirrors" data between hosts and thus allows you to abandon traditional expensive storage area networks (SAN), network attached storage (NAS) and other data storage solutions. The solution is harmoniously integrated with the hypervisor, allowing to achieve ease of management and excellent performance. Responsibilities: Performing various types of manual testing, including functional, regression, system, performance testing (functional, load and stress testing); Analyzing the results with a view to finding problems/ errors, as well as direct participation in the development and development of the product; Creation and maintenance of test documentation (test plan, checklist and reports on them); Setting tasks for the implementation of automatic tests, monitoring their execution and localization of the reasons for their failure. Requirements: Obov Required work experience of 1 year or more in the creation and administration of a fault-tolerant VMware vSphere Cluster. Experience in the administration of network storage (SAN/NAS). Confident Linux user (preferably Ubuntu). working with software, be able to read and understand technical documentation in English.
