QA Automation Lead (Air Transportation, USA) Lviv, Chernivtsi, remotely We are looking for a QAAutomation Lead (5+ years of experience) for an American project (a kind of uber for helicopters) with an English Upper-Intermediate level. Basic requirements: —5+ years of commercial experience at QAAutomation; —1+ year of commercial experience as QAAutomation Lead; — Excellent knowledge of tools and frameworks for test automation; —Understanding software development and testing methodology; —Experience in optimizing the script code to increase efficiency; — Level of English — Intermediate friend. — Personal qualities: proactivity, sociability, organization, discipline, ability to work in a team. It will be a plus: —Professional IT education (Computer engineering, Computer science and related fields); —Experience of mentoring and knowledge sharing; —Experience of working in a Scrum environment. About the project: Country: USA Team size: 20+ developers. The project is a rapidly growing global air transportation platform that provides services for both the transportation of donor organs and passengers traveling for business and leisure. Responsibilities for the project: — Select and configure the necessary tools for automated testing; —Create automated tests; —Configure CI/CD processes so that automated tests run before the build; —Manage the implementation and optimization of the strategy of testing automation; —Interact with the team, review and approve pull requests related to test automation. Organization of work processes: — Work schedule: flexible, but it is necessary to participate in all team meetings; —Conducting meetings: Scrum meetings (daily, briefings, demo, retro). Stages of the interview: — HR interview (30-40 minutes); — Technical interview with the client (60 minutes); —Interview with the client (30-40 minutes). Other: —Interviews in Ukrainian and English; - The implementation of the technical task is not foreseen (in case of the appearance of any additional stage - we warn in advance).
