• Proven experience in quality assurance and workflow documentation, preferably in a software development environment (at least 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive workflow documentation.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in documentation practices and QA standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with documentation tools such as Markdown, Microsoft Office...etc.
• Experience with automated testing tools is a plus.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience with scripting and programming languages to automate tests (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• AI-driven Test Automation.

,[Develop and execute test plans to identify software problems and their causes. , Work closely with development teams to ensure comprehensive QA testing is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle. , Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and automated test scripts. , Lead the documentation efforts for product guides, user manuals, and online help sections. , Translate technical and product information into clear, concise, and effective documentation for end-users. , Maintain and update existing documentation based on product updates and feedback from end-users and customer support teams. , Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness of documentation and testing protocols., Manage documentation repository and ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest documents. , Utilize various tools to track defects and manage documentation (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Confluence). , Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing. , Provide feedback to software engineering and other teams on potential product improvements based on user feedback and test results. ]
