QA Analyst
Our client provides insurance software solutions that empower to transform the way of doing business with the only born-in-the-cloud, data-driven insurance management platform built on Salesforce. The company helps its clients successfully manage tens of millions of policies across 23 countries.
Their data-driven insurance distribution platform gives brokers, agents, and coverholders real-time access to all of their data from any device at the point of need.
We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join their company as a QA Analyst. As part of the team, you will test their Product on multiple projects and environments. You will collaborate with Salesforce Implementers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products to customers.
Requirements:
- Experience with Salesforce
- QA course graduate or ISTQB certification
- At least 2 years of experience as QA engineer
- Technical understanding (Working with Jsons, APIs & SQL)
- Working with Agile methodology
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Superb communication and organizational skills
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate
Nice to have:
- Experience with Testim.io or any other Automation codeless system
- Knowledge and experience in the Insurance domain
Responsibilities:
- Test Design & Execution for customer’s requirements.
- Analyze, review, and provide feedback on customer’s requirements.
- Updating the Project’s Regression scope.
- Following Product defects and verifying them after fix.
- Working closely with BA and Dev Teams.
