Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools (e.g., Jira).Soft Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence across various levels of the organisation.
