Python fullstack Team Lead in UATech People

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead proficient in Django and React. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in writing tests (all kinds of, not unit tests only), building CI/CD pipelines, helping with architectural solutions, performing high-quality PR reviews (with explaining the core concepts and principles to mid and juniors) and documenting the work.

Currently our dev/test environment is on bare metal running on Docker containers. The production is on Azure. The optimization of the CI/CD and building a solid deployment strategies will be the part of the hired person.

You will be reporting to the CTO/Software architect. It is possible to have a part or full time employment, depending on the case.
