As a Middle Python Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining ETL pipelines and web scraping tools to support our data-driven initiatives. You will work closely with our data engineering and development teams, utilizing a provided framework with clear guidelines and examples to ensure consistency and quality.

You will have the opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge product that serves as the developer of a threat intelligence platform. This platform aggregates, visualizes, and interprets threat data to mitigate risk and help organizations protect people and assets. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating user-friendly interfaces, implementing intricate data processing logic, and ensuring the seamless interaction between the frontend and backend systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ingest externally sourced data.
• Utilize Selenium to develop web scraping tools for data extraction.
• Write, test, and deploy code for production environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Work with Docker to containerize applications and manage deployments.
• Utilize AWS services to build and maintain a scalable and secure infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, processing, and infrastructure

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Python developer
• Ability to work in the EDT time zone
• Experience in developing ETL pipelines for data ingestion from external sources
• Experience with Selenium for web scraping
• Hands-on experience in writing and maintaining production-quality code
• Familiarity with Docker for containerization
• Experience working with AWS services
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• At least Intermediate English both written and spoken
