We are looking for cool Python mentors for our cool students! Do you remember yourself at the start of your career? Many of us lacked a strong mentor who would tell, direct, and discuss different approaches, solutions, and trends with you. Mentoring is a great chance to gain new skills, look at old tasks from a different perspective, structure basic knowledge, and, of course, help students. What is required to become a Python mentor in our team: 3+ years of commercial programming experience Solid knowledge of Python 3, Django, Django Rest Framework, Flask, SQLalchemy Good knowledge and understanding of web security principles Solid knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite) Understanding OOP, design patterns, algorithms and data structures Git, Linux, DockerAWS (will be a plus) Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript Willingness to teach and help beginners Ability to explain, find an approach to different people Responsibilities: checking tasks (code review) answering questions providing recommendations to studentsOpportunities you will get: You will try yourself as a mentor, and mentorship skills are important for the role of Lead: +1 to your resume and personal brand Improve your communication skills Expand your circle of acquaintances You yourself will better understand the nuances of programming in the process of teaching others You will help students start their dream career Additional income for a pleasant job.
