Python Developer in GT Protocol

Are you an experienced Team Lead with a passion for cutting-edge technologies and a strong background in Python development? We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Development Team and contribute to the evolution of our AI-powered automated crypto trading platform.

Functional Overview:

GT Protocol platform is an automated crypto trading system, involving the integration of third-party exchanges and services through APIs and WebSockets. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing new functionalities, including AI, to enhance the platform’s capabilities and maintain its competitive edge in the crypto market.

Responsibilities:

— Lead the Development Team in the design, development, and maintenance of our sophisticated AI-powered trading platform

— Oversee the integration of third-party exchanges and services through API and WebSockets

— Drive the development and implementation of new platform features, including AI functionalities

— Ensure a solid understanding and implementation of service-oriented architecture (SOA)

— Collaborate with Top Management and cross-functional Teams to align technology strategy with business goals

— Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

— Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the platform

Work Experience:

— 5+ years of proven experience in Python development

— Previous leadership experience in a technical role

— Background in Web3 Crypto

Required Skills:

— Proficiency in Python, Flask, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis, AsyncIO, AWS, WebSockets, FastAPI, NodeJS

— Understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA)

— English at least B2
