Today KOSTAL Ukraine isadirect supplier ofautomotive components for different famous manufactures like aVolkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, Seat, Ford, Tesla, Daimler, BMW, Renault and others.For further development weare looking experienced candidates tofill the position ofPurchasing Operations Manager.Roles and responsibilities:Managing the purchasing support teams: direct and indirect operational buying, vendor management and data analysis and the direct SCIP and purchasing quality teams. Direct reports: 3-4 team leaders, indirect reports: 18-27 employees.Manages the daily work ofthe whole Purchasing Operations organization inUkraine inorder toprovide customer centric, cost effective and value-adding transactional purchasing support.Maintaining effective communication with KOSTAL HQ, KOSTAL Business Services (Budapest) and with the purchasing department ofthe KOSTAL Automobil Elektrik GmbH & Co. KG.Participation inthe optimization ofprocesses and costs, both within the framework ofdirect responsibilities and inrelated functions.Preparation ofthe department’s budget and control ofactual expenses inorder tocomply with the budget.Preparation ofreporting documentation for the team.Planning and development ofpersonnel inthe team.Continuous Improvement (CI) oftransactional purchasing processes and services.Cross functional cooperation with related organizations, especially with Accounts Payable and Finance teams.Reports tothe KBS Head ofPurchasingCandidate requirements:5+ years related experience inoperational / transactional purchasing. Multinational environment and Automotive Sector preferred;Higher economic/commercial education;Native in Ukrainian, fluent English (written and spoken), German isadvantage;Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills;Hands-on attitude;Advanced management skills;Competence inworking ininterdisciplinary and international teams. Teamwork;Results-oriented, personal leadership and ownership for assigned tasks;Analytical and creative mindset togenerate opportunities for continuous improvement;Flexibility.
