Purchasing manager in STV group

What awaits you: Receiving purchase applications and their preliminary evaluation; market analysis, selection and coordination of suppliers that meet the requirements, ensuring the company's activities; Choosing the most optimal option for procurement, drawing up contractual relations for the implementation of procurement; Keeping a register of orders in the accounting system, conducting analysis, preparing the necessary reports for management; Processing the required package in full procurement documents regarding contractual relations and accounting, submission of invoices for payment and debt control; Interaction with internal control services on issues of procurement; Claims work with suppliers. What we expect from the candidate: Higher education; Successful experience in negotiations, procurement and contractual experience in electronic procurement systems (preferred); mastery of comparison tools and determination of the best price; knowledge of related legislation (economic, administrative, civil); confident user of MS Office, summary tables and 1C (preferred); mastery of critical thinking techniques Focus on the result; Willingness to cooperate and learn.
