Functional:

to ensure the delivery of all necessary goods on time and according to specifications to fulfill short-term and long-term maintenance plans and equipment repairs;

Management of suppliers: selection of suppliers, negotiations, development of suppliers of the "Technical procurement" category;

Measuring the performance of suppliers, identifying opportunities for improvement, forming action plans and monitoring their implementation;

Negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best commercial conditions for the company;

Performance reporting, cost analysis, development of procurement optimization plans;

Efficient and timely tendering in categories;

Coordinating the preparation and verification of contracts, ensuring the compliance of contracts with the terms and requirements of the company's Procurement Policy;

Interaction with initiators to identify needs, help in the preparation of technical tasks and conduct quality assessment (as needed);

Participation in procurement function automation projects (as needed);

Continuous monitoring of the market of services and suppliers, analysis of trends and macroeconomic indicators;

Perform cost analysis by category, scenario planning and risk management to optimize procurement decisions.

Requirements:

Higher education;
Experience in a similar position in procurement from 3 years;
Knowledge of the process of competitive selection of suppliers, understanding of purchasing processes and the role of the buyer;
Knowledge of macroeconomictheir indicators and their influence on pricing;
Skills in working with ERP systems, knowledge of SAP is preferred;
English language skills - the level is not lower than intermediate.

Personal qualities:Communicativeness, effective negotiation skills, even in difficult situations with monopolists, analytical and presentation skills, stress resistance
