The company "Pulsar Expo Ukraine" specializes in the supply of special cars/special equipment of its own production and equipment produced with the involvement of outsourcing within the framework of international technical assistance programs around the world . Our clients: international organizations - the UN and its agencies (UNDP, IOM, UN Women, Red Cross) and donor governments (US State Department, German government, European Commission, others).

Job duties:

• Ensuring uninterrupted supply of materials and equipment for production needs.
• Timely submission of RFQs, communication with suppliers.< /li>
• Selection of suppliers according to established criteria, improvement of commercial conditions.
• Timely and correct submission of purchase orders.
• Initiation and control of all necessary documentation - supply contracts, additional agreements, expense invoices, invoices.
• Control of payment status and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Analysis and improvement of accounting, order tracking and logistics processes.

Skills:

• Higher education (economics, management or logistics).
• Experience as a buyer preferably in the field of motor transport for more than 2 years.
• High communication skills.
• Technical knowledge automotive industry - will be a big advantage.
• PC skills at the level of an experienced user (MS Office).
• Experience with ERP (SAP, 1C, Debit).
• Proficiency in English - B2 Upper intermediate.
• Ability to work in a team, learn quickly, stress resistance.
