Overview of the position Public sector organizations are an important factor in the development of a democratic and successful society. The Stronger Together program aims to develop public sector organizations (CSOs) by creating opportunities for collaboration, training, mentoring and grants for organizational development. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing this program and supporting the grantee community. Key tasks in this position: Improvement of the program strategy and development of key performance indicators (KPI) and long-term goals. Implementation of online and offline educational and grant programs adapted to the needs of staff and leaders of Ukrainian CSOs. Regular assessment of the needs of organizations and their implementation in strategic decisions. Evaluation and selection of the best suppliers and partners to ensure quality services. Organization of events and trainings for public organizations in order to increase their effectiveness. Development, approval and conduct of grant competitions for organizational development grants and ensure compliance with funding requirements. Maintaining constant contact with CSOs to inform them about available programs, grants and other opportunities. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with CSO leaders, partners, donors and other stakeholders. Representing "Together" at various forums and networks related to CSO support and development. Implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems to determine the impact and effectiveness of programs. Provide regular internal and stakeholder reports on program progress and results. Manage the project budget to ensure efficient use of resources. Involvement in other projects as needed to help expand the impact and development of the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field (e.g. management of non-profit organizations, international development, project management). Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector. Good writing skills, ability to create content adapted to specific audiences. Familiarity with the CSO sector of Ukraine and its specific challenges and opportunities. Excellent organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal andwritten in English and Ukrainian (English skills are important). Proficiency in project management software and MS Office. Personal qualities: Passion for the development of CSOs and capacity building of CSOs. High adaptability, flexibility and resilience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
