City of work: Kropyvnytskyi, possible business trips to Cherkasy, Dnipro and other regions of activity of the NGO "Tenth"

Working in the office and away (events in the city and region, creating content at various locations of the organization)

Employment: partial, 50%

GO "Tenth of April" has been protecting rights for more than 10 years IDPs and the affected population, refugees and asylum seekers, stateless persons and those at risk of statelessness side by side with international partners (including the UN Refugee Agency in Ukraine, the international organization Oxfam, UNICEF (UN Children's Fund) and others), state and local authorities and the Ukrainian people.

A number of projects are currently being implemented aimed at helping IDPs and the affected population in 9 regions of Ukraine (Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kirovohrad, Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Donetsk regions).

• Literary Ukrainian (native), English (level B1-B2)
• Higher education (law, sociology, journalism, philology...)
• Understanding humanitarian public sector activities
• Experience in SMM, public communications or related fields from 1 year
• Readiness for business trips

Hard skills

• Graphic design skills - a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)

Obligations

• Conduct interviews, write articles for publications in the format of reports and stories, in accordance with the requirements and guidelines of the NGO "Tenth of April" and partner organizations

Take photos and videos, in accordance with the requirements of the NGO "Tenth of April" and partner organizations

• Develop a communication strategy and content plan for social networks
• Process already collected texts, photos and videos
• Communicationand with managers, employees regarding content
• Communicate with suppliers regarding corporate orders of branded products
• Observe humanitarian principles and policies of the organization
• Deal with internal administrative tasks (creating corporate mail, website administration...)

Employment under a contract (FOP 3 groups), a decent level of remuneration, work in a friendly and motivated environment.
