We are hiring a Specialist from public procurementRequirements for the candidate: Experience of participating in commercial and state procurement procedures from 2 yearsKnowledge of Prozorro tender platforms, etc.Knowledge of accreditation procedures and the specifics of work at tender sitesKnowledge of the Law of Ukraine on Public ProcurementAnalysis of procedures, assortmentAbility to write complaints to the AMCUExperience of working with documentsAbility to work independentlyAbility to conduct business NegotiationSkills for working with 1C 8.3 List of main functional responsibilities: Monitoring of electronic platforms, search and selection of bids in accordance with the company's specifics, tracking the results of the procedure, terms, completion of the process. Preparation of all necessary tender documentation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine. Preparation and collection of a package of documents for signing the contract. Submission of documentation to the site. Timely report to the management on the work performed.
