GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy food, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

GOGreenland in partnership with Norwegian National Aid (NPAid) invites a trainer to successfully complete the tasks of the project "Preparedness and protection in case of conflict", aimed at increasing public awareness of security during crisis situations. Our goal is to provide people with knowledge and skills for self-defense in extreme situations, in particular in the conditions of war.

Main duties:

• Conducting interactive sessions;
• Conducting lectures and presentations on the topics: How to act when in danger, Preparation for critical situations (explosions, shelling, etc.), Behavior during explosions and other crisis situations, Actions after an explosion: how to quickly orientate and act;
• Using interactive learning methods to involve the audience in active participation;
• Evaluation and adjustment of approaches to learning depending on the age and specifics of the group;
• Preparation of necessary educational materials, presentations and interactive tasks;
• Collection of feedback from participants to improve the learning process.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in conducting educational trainings or lectures;
• Knowledge of the basics of security in extreme situations (especially in conditions of military conflict);
• Ability to present information in a clear and accessible way;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Ability for interactive training and engagement audience;
• Experience of working in similar educational programs will be an advantage;
• Calm and responsible approach to learning, ability to work under stressful conditions.
