Requirements:

• 1-3 years of finance and accounting experience,
• proficiency in Hungarian (min. B2 level),
• strong interpersonal and proactive approach,
• excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
• strong focus on customer service and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities:

• assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards,
• handle and process various accounting documents accurately and efficiently,
• perform reconciliation and detailed analysis of accounts,
• generate insightful reports and analysis within your area of responsibility,
• work closely with local business units and other accounting teams to ensure smooth operations,
• actively seek out and suggest new solutions for process improvements,
• contribute to company-wide transformation and standardization projects.
