We are seeking an attentive and empathetic Psychological Assistant to provide administrative and research support to our career guidance specialist. Your key responsibilities:

• Preparation of materials: Assist in the preparation of workbooks, presentations and handouts for trainings and consultations.

• Testing: Administration (issue and collection) of psychological tests, questionnaires and methods, participation in their primary processing.

• Organization: Scheduling of consultations, client recording and appointment reminders.

• Research work: Finding relevant information and scientific articles to update career guidance programs.

• Communication: Supporting clients before and after consultation, collecting feedback.

Our requirements:

• Education (undergraduate/higher): Psychology, sociology, pedagogy or related fields.

• Attention to detail: Ability to work with confidential information and accurate test data.

• High level of empathy and communication skills.

• Proficient in PC (MS Office, Google Forms/Docs).
