A suitable candidate has:

1. Master's degree in psychology of the state standard.

2. Certificate of availability or training in a certain psychotherapeutic direction.

3. Practical experience in consulting — from 3 years.

4. Availability of supervisions, interviews.

5. Membership in professional association/s.

6. Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

Experience in group work (therapeutic groups, support groups), conducting online and offline seminars and trainings, having author's programs and seminars will be an advantage.
