The Charitable Foundation "Posmishka YuA" invites to cooperate in the team of the project "Consortium for the Protection of Ukraine — Protection of life with the help of Integrated multi-sectoral assistance" Psychologist in Friendly space for children, youth and families in the city of Zaporizhzhia, who will be provide services for:

• conducting classes on psychosocial support and lectures on the course "Positive parenting" within the framework of the Friendly Space for children, youth and families and during mobile visits; — work with groups of adults of different age categories; — registration of attendance, monthly reporting; — creation of a safe and friendly atmosphere during work; — ensuring the participation of all participants in classes;
• search for new locations for classes;
• preparation of reports.

• strong> m. Zaporozhye

  Requirements for performers:

  • higher education in psychology;
  • 1 year of work experience as a psychologist;
  >
  • experience of working with a group of up to 20 people;
  • experience of conducting lectures for the audience; — computer skills (MS Office, Google, Zoom, Teams);
  • fluency in the Ukrainian language;
  • individual approach to each person; — prudent, independent and quick decision-making in emergency and crisis situations;
  • ability to work in uncertain conditions;
  • creative thinking and search for new ideas;
  • willingness to learn ;
  • positive attitude to life;
  • zero tolerance for any manifestations of violence and discrimination, compliance with ethical standards (Sexual exploitation and abuse are prohibited in all forms. The organization implements a policy to prevent sexual harassment , sexual exploitation and exposure. The procedures are regulated in accordance with the policy of the National Security Agency and the organizational rules and regulations of the organization).
