GO"Greenland" in partnership with the Danish Council for Refugees in Ukraine(DRC) invites a psychologist who will provide professional psychosocial support to adults and adolescents affected by the armed conflict in the Kharkiv region, as well as to persons who have survived or are at risk of gender-based violence.

Main tasks:

  • Conducting individual and group consultations for project beneficiaries;

  • Providing psychological support and referral if necessary;

  • Conducting confidential documentation and compliance with ethical standards;

  • Development and conduct of psychoeducational sessions, trainings and mutual support groups;

  • Evaluation of the psychological state of beneficiaries and determination of the further work plan;

  • Preparation of regular reports in accordance with the standards of the organization and requests of partners;

  • Participation in team meetings and supervisions;

  • Promoting the development of a safe, supportive atmosphere in the spaces of service provision;

  • Cooperation with a team of case managers, social workers and other specialists.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Professional higher education (psychology, clinical psychology, psychotherapy);

  • Experience as a psychologist for at least 2 years, experience in humanitarian or public organizations will be an advantage;

  • Skills in crisis intervention and work with vulnerable groups;

  • Knowledge of modern approaches in psychological counseling and psychosocial support;

  • Proficiency in the Ukrainian language (oral and in writing);

  • Ability to work with documentation and maintain confidentiality;
