Psychologist/psychologist in SONTSE UA

The public organization "SONCE UA" invites a Psychologist to the team to work as part of a mobile brigade to provide humanitarian and psychological support in the territory of Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Kharkiv regions (exclusively in the territories under the control of the Government of Ukraine).

Main obligations:

• providing the first psychological assistance to citizens affected by the war;
• conducting group and individual psychological consultations;
• organization, preparation and conducting of activities and classes on psychosocial support for the adult population;
• filling in the necessary forms for reporting, report on work performed;
• reporting and coordination with the case management coordinator;
• Other current tasks.

• higher education in the field of psychology or psychotherapy;
• work experience in the field of psychosocial support, professional practice of a psychologist/ psychotherapist;
• additional experience in the field of providing social services and/or experience in the public sector will be an advantage;
• strong interpersonal communication skills;
• openness, willingness to provide high-quality consultations and services;
• judicious, independent, quick decision-making in emergency and crisis situations;
• observance of clear instructions at work;
• computer skills computer and office equipment at the user level;
• zero tolerance for any manifestations of violence and discrimination, compliance with ethical standards (Sexual exploitation and abuse are prohibited in all forms. The organization implements a policy to prevent sexual harassment, sexual exploitation and exposure. Procedures are regulated in accordance with the policy of ZSEN and organizational rules and regulations of the organization);
