• You know how to conduct career guidance consultations with pupils, applicants, students.
• You know modern tools of individual career guidance, psychological and sociological testing technologies.
• You can recognize a person , her character and mindset, see her strengths and weaknesses, tendencies and preferences, potential and opportunities, motives and values.
• You have excellent communication skills, you can "talk" to any person, even the most closed person, find a common language with different types of people, including teenagers.
• You are proactive, customer-oriented , the desire to work for results and to develop in new directions.
• Knowledge of the English language (level B1 and above) will be advantage.

Basic tasks

• Conducting a comprehensive study of the applicant's personality, abilities, goals and expectations.
• Conducting a career orientation session with applicants.
• Determining possible areas of activity and alternative areas of specialization.
• Preparation of a comprehensive report with expert recommendations and implementation interviews with parents for the purpose of their presentation.
• Preparation of recommendations to educational experts regarding the selection of higher education institutions according to promising career directions based on the results of career guidance.
• Conducting a summary meeting with parents regarding the results of research.
• Preparation for interviews at educational institutions.
• Partial psychological student support (crisis counseling, psychological support).
• Conducting psychological trainings and seminars for the team.
