Psychologist of the Foundation in DEPOL UKRAYiNA, BLAGODIYNIY FOND, BLAGODIYNA ORGANIZACIYa

The All-Ukrainian Charitable Fund "Depaul Ukraine" is a part of the group of charitable organizations "Depaul International", whose activities are aimed at supporting homeless and disadvantaged people in the world. Our goal is to enable people experiencing homelessness to improve their quality of life and help them never return to the streets. During the full-scale invasion, our foundation formulated a humanitarian response to the war, making it the goal of its activities to do everything possible to protect people in crisis situations due to war from homelessness.

Today we are developing the following projects:

• War victim adaptation project, social support.
• Housing restoration.
• Employment assistance.
• Children's centers.
• Helping people who are deprived of their freedom.
• Providing free shelter to people who have nowhere to live.
• Providing hygiene products to the population.
• Issuing cash.

• Help for women with children who are in difficult life circumstances.
• Hot lunches on the streets
• Geography of the project: Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia.

Psychologist:

• Crisis psychological counseling and diagnosis of the emotional state of IDPs and the population affected by military actions (children and adults, families), and work with families who have lost a family member;
• Work on restoring the psychological state of clients, as well as working with clients who are addicted;
• Planning and development of programs for the correction of the psychological state of clients, taking into account their individual, gender, age and national characteristics;
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of the psychological measures being carried out;
• Processing and analysis of the received information in the form of mandatory filling of the psychological evaluation form; timely reporting.
• Working with personal requests of clients and the opportunity to make a professional contribution to the development of the field of internally displaced persons and affected population groups
• Commitment to work in accordance with Vincentian values ​​and the Depole Code of Conduct Ukraine.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Higher education in the field of psychology;
• Experience in the profession - at least 5 years;
• Possession of knowledge and methods necessary for working with persons in a crisis situation, working with families, as well as preferably experience working with clients who have addictions;
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language. •
• Punctuality, initiative and creativity;
• Ability to work in a team.
