Given our rapid and powerful growth and the opening of a new project in Kyiv region, we are looking for a psychologist for mobile teams.


Job Description:

The mobile medical team is looking for an experienced and qualified psychologist to provide psychosocial support and psychological assistance to patients. The main tasks include counseling patients, conducting psychoeducational activities, as well as coordination with other medical specialists.

Duties:

  • Provide individual and group consultations to patients.

  • Evaluate the psychological state of patients.

  • Conduct trainings and seminars on psychoeducation for patients and their relatives.

  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses and other members of the medical team to provide a comprehensive approach to treatment.

  • Keep documentation and reporting on the services provided.

  • Uphold ethical standards and patient privacy.

  • Provide psychological assistance to mobile workers 

Requirements:

  • Higher education in the field of psychology (master's or specialist).

  • 2 years of experience as a psychologist, preferably in medical or crisis settings.

  • Knowledge of modern methods of psychological counseling and therapy.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Ability to work under stress and quickly react to changes in the situation.

  • Readiness for trips to remote and crisis areas.

Advantages:

  • Additional education or certifications in the field of crisis psychology, trauma therapy, etc.

  • Knowledge of foreign languages.

PERIOD OF READINESS TO TAKE THE POSITION

From 01.08.2024

Work schedule: 

Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. By prior agreement, changes are possibleon Saturday and Sunday. 

There is a corporate car that will transport medical personnel from Kyiv.
