Terms of reference for the position of psychologist. VIS plans to hire a local specialist for this position. Duties related to the project: Participation in the organization and prompt implementation of activities provided for in the project document. Organization of psychosocial support services provided through mobile teams for children, adolescents and young people who face special vulnerability, as well as persons who care for them. Structured and unstructured psychosocial support of children affected by the conflict (including group therapeutic activities). Conducting trainings for parents, social workers, and staff of health care institutions. I and community volunteers regarding: First psychological aid, Prevention of professional burnout. Providing technical support regarding community participation within the project. Formulate documents related to the implementation of project activities, including reports, periodic implementation plans, potential integration and updates, promotional materials and information certificates about the performed activities. Propose corrective measures and technical assessments to improve the implementation of activities. Work closely with the MHPSS specialist and the project manager. Mandatory and desirable requirements: 1. Education and years since graduation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social sciences, or related field, obtained at least five years ago.2. Additional specialization: Certificates/proven experience demonstrating knowledge of international cooperation tools (with a special emphasis on project cycle management) is a desirable requirement. 3. Language skills: Fluency in Ukrainian (mother tongue) and good command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the Italian language is a desirable requirement. 4. Work experience in the professional field: At least 3 years of work experience in the field of psychosocial support of children, adolescents and young people who are in a vulnerable situation. Previous experience of working in the field in a similar position is mandatory. 5. Ability to work on weekends. 6. Readiness for field work.
