The charity fund "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" is opening a new project in Kramatorsk, which will implement social and educational programs in order to unify and strengthen the capacity of the country's regions. We invite the cooperation of a qualified psychologist to work with children and adults as part of a mobile team for the implementation of project activities in Kramatosk and the region. Psychological consultations will also be offered, both on-site in the villages of the Donetsk region and online.

Main duties and tasks:

• Conduct individual and group counseling to address various psychological needs such as trauma, stress, anxiety and coping strategies
• Perform psychological diagnosis of children and their parents/guardians
• Manage cases requiring psychological support
• Provide direct psychological support to the child and his family
• Provide recommendations, advice, emotional support and redirect beneficiaries
• Cooperation with project staff to organize meetings

Requirements:

• Higher education in the specialty "Psychology", "Practical Psychology"
• Experience as a psychologist from 2 years
• Ability to choose effective methods of psychological support for beneficiaries and draw up an individual support plan
• Understanding and compliance with the principles of professional ethics
• Resistance to stress, high communication skills
