Charitable Foundation "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv" in cooperation with the Ukrainian Educational Platform (organizations that create an all-Ukrainian cross-sectoral network, implement social projects and educational programs, in order to unify and strengthen the capacity of the regions of the country) we invite the cooperation of a psychologist to work with children and adults as part of a mobile brigade in the Kharkiv region (Kharkivskyi, Bogodukhivskyi, Chuguyivskyi, Izyumskyi, Kupyanskyi, Lozivskyi districts) for the implementation of the activities of the project "Providing protection, socio-psychological support, multi-purpose cash assistance (BCGD) to children and their parents in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kharkiv, Sumy regions". 

Main requirements for the candidate:

Main directions activities:

• Humanitarian aid and emergency response
• Building a network of partner organizations and joint implementation of social projects
• Educational programs and financial support for implementation of volunteer initiatives

Location of project implementation:Zaporizka, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kharkiv, Sumy regions.

Main responsibilities duties and tasks:

• Attend mandatory online and offline training from the Ukrainian Educational Platform
• Perform psychological diagnosis of children and their parents/guardians
• Conduct cases that require psychological support
• Provide direct psychological support to the child and his family
• Provide psychological counseling services in groups or individually
• Conduct assessment and mapping of psychological services available on the ground
• Provide recommendations, advice, emotional support and make referrals to beneficiaries
• Work together with project staff to organize meetings
• Daily report on the services provided within the project
• Regularly keep documentation in cases, update databases
• Participate in work meetings within the project
• Provide comprehensive information about the work of the center and project
• Undertake training on prevention of sexual exploitation and outside
• Conduct trainings for parents/guardians on raising children with developmental disabilities
• Other services in agreement with Ukrainian Educational Platform

Requirements:

• Higher education in the specialty "Psychology", "Practical Psychology"
• Experience as a psychologist from 2 years
• Ability to choose effective methods of psychological support for beneficiaries and draw up an individual support plan
• Understanding and compliance with the principles of professional ethics
• Resistance to stress, high communication skills skills
