Maltese Aid Service» is a charitable organization that has been close to Ukrainians for 35 years and helps overcome life's difficulties. We teach how to save lives at our first aid trainings, provide psychological assistance to people affected by the war, and deliver humanitarian aid to the frontline regions of Ukraine to support local residents. Qualification requirements:

  • Completed higher education in the field of psychology (master's degree)
  • Experience in organizing and conducting activities on psychoeducation or topics related to mental health;
  • Understanding group dynamics;
  • Experience working with IDPs, veterans, families with children
  • Work experience - at least 2 years

  • Work experience in international and Ukrainian non-governmental organizations and projects financed by foreign donors will be an advantage.  

    > tasks:

    • Perform individual psychological interventions, including short-term consultations;
    • Use psychological methods developed according to the scientific evidence base, for example, IASC MHPSS or othersinternational programs;
    • Organize group meetings or lead a psychotherapy group;
    • Distribute and develop informational materials about mental health (e.g. stress management methods, coping mechanisms);
    • Perform psychodiagnostics;
    • Carry out psychological support and preventive interventions in local communities;
    • Participate in the work of field mobile teams;
    • Provide reports based on the results of the work.
    • Follow the Organization's policies and procedures; 

    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
