We, the military unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, are looking for an experienced psychologist who will help our servicemen maintain mental health, maintain a high level of emotional state and improve their adaptation to the conditions of service and combat activity. Requirements: higher psychological education; knowledge of methods and techniques of psychological support; ability to work with stressful situations and crisis situations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; responsibility and the ability to work in a team; the ability to work with military personnel and their peculiarities. Conditions: Official mobilization until the end of martial law. Full financial support and social benefits provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. Responsibilities: providing psychological support to servicemen in a difficult military situation; conducting individual consultations and psychological testing; assessment and analysis of the psychological state of servicemen, identifying possible problems and determining the necessary measures to solve them; preparation of reports and analysis of work results. Cooperation with commanders and other members of the military unit to ensure psychological support and preventive measures.
