Responsibilities:

• Adaptation of newcomers and veterans: support during the adaptation period for 3 months, monitoring of satisfaction, analysis of integration difficulties.
• Increasing the psycho-emotional stability of employees and managers (individual and group).
• Analysis of conflict situations through processes: identification of problem points, formation of proposals for changes.
• Support of managers in working with teams: training in safe and constructive communication.
• Promoting the implementation of best practices of regular feedback between managers and employees.
• Prevention of mobbing, emotional exhaustion, of stress.
• Consulting in difficult situations (crises, conflicts, adaptation barriers).
• Helping employees understand the organizational structure, processes and roles.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in psychology (organizational, social, clinical).
• Additional coaching courses, facilitation, mediation is an advantage.
• 2 years of work as a psychologist, HR business partner, consultant or trainer.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is desirable.
• High level of empathy and developed emotional intelligence.
• Ability to listen without judgment and quickly establish trust.
• Resistance to stress, ability to remain resourceful while working under difficult topics.
• Analytical and systematic thinking.
• Maturity, tact, confidentiality in working with personnel.
• Proactivity and the ability to initiate changes.
• Communicative and diplomatic in working with managers and employees.
