The "Voices of Children" charitable foundation is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in Eastern Ukraine. Our mission is to inspire and support children, create conditions for children's voices to be heard, and support their resilience in the face of war. The Foundation implements its mission and aims to become an effective, stable and recognizable institution in the field of child support.

Our Foundation is developing rapidly and therefore, we are looking for a qualified and responsible psychologist to join the team of the Lviv branch.

Description of tasks and responsibilities:

• conduct a clinical interview, clinical diagnosis, a possible forecast of the dynamics of the condition;
• build an individual psychotherapy program;
• choose tools and techniques appropriate to the chosen strategy of working with the client ;
• the Foundation's psychotherapist adheres to the Code of Ethics for psychologists and psychotherapists.
  

Abilities and skills:

• higher psychological education;
• work experience in the specialty at least 5 years;
• psychotherapeutic education in one of the areas of psychotherapy (CBT, EMDR)
• knowledge of psychological counseling, general psychotherapy, psychological rehabilitation;
• knowledge of psychiatric propaedeutics (adult and children), psychosomatics, neurobiology of trauma and understand the peculiarities of working with traumatic experiences at each stage;
• developed clinical and strategic thinking.
