REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

  • Education in psychology\medical education
  • Additional certification\training in psychotherapy
  • Prior participation in psychological first aid training will be an advantage
  • Prior participation in training or program of mental health support groups or Problem Management Plus will be an advantage

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years of experience as a psychologist.
  • Previous experience working with non-governmental organizations will be an advantage.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND SKILLS:

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Basic computer skills (word, excel).
  • Good knowledge of work context in Ukraine.

  • Participating in trainings on various psychosocial support techniques
  • Identifying and referring cases for individual counseling or psychiatric care
  • Providing feedback communication to the MHPSS team leader for continuous evaluation and improvementprograms
