Duties:
Conducting psychological assessment of candidates before employment
Participation in personnel selection (interviews, tests, conclusions)
Individual consultations for company employees
Psychological support of staff, work with stress and burnout
Providing recommendations to management regarding adaptation and development of employees
Requirements:
Higher education in the specialty "Psychology"
Experience in personnel evaluation (preferred)
Ability to work with psychological methods and tests
Confidentiality, responsibility, ethics
Communication and the ability to find an approach to people
