"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works to improve the protection of the population affected by the conflict by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance , promotes legislative changes, involvement of communities in responding to emergency situations and finding long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their potential, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.
The goal of the project in partnership with Mercy Corps is to ensure the functioning of the Rapid Response Mechanism. This activity will include conducting rapid needs assessments, providing psychosocial assistance to the affected population, issuing humanitarian aid, registering and issuing emergency cash assistance.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive team player who is interested in communication, effective communication and self-development in order to protect people affected by conflict.
TASKS AND DUTIES:
- Conduct individual and group counseling on issues of psychological health and psycho-emotional support of persons affected by the crisis phenomenon;
- Visiting affected locations as part of a mobile group in order to identify the need for providing psychological assistance and emotional support;
- li>
- Monitor compliance with professional ethics and confidentiality during the provision of assistance
- Conduct informational and explanatory workon the importance of maintaining psychological health with project participants
- Participate in the development and dissemination of thematic materials
- Participate in work meetings, meetings on organizational issues, issues related to the implementation project tasks, strengthening of professional skills
- Compile report notes, descriptive reports with quantitative and qualitative indicators and other internal organizational documentation
- Conduct information sessions/trainings for project participants
- Ensure the provision of accurate, meaningful and timely statistical and analytical information for reports, other project documentation.
- Redirection of beneficiaries according to their needs to relevant institutions
- Perform other duties as needed.< /li>
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in the specialty of psychology;
- Work experience in the specialty of more than 1 year;
< li>Experience of individual consultations and support;- Skills of working with groups in the formats of support groups, peer groups, workshops and master classes;
- Knowledge and experience of group facilitation;
- Competences and experience in creating, organizing and conducting trainings;
- Experience and willingness to work with vulnerable categories of the population;
- Psychodiagnostic skills, including clinical;
- li>
- Competencies and work experience in crisis counseling;
- Proactivity. Experience working in non-profit and/or humanitarian organizations with IDPs or victims of armed conflict, experience working with victims of violence, experience working with children and adolescents, experience in mediation will be an advantage;
- Readiness for business trips within the region in including in de-occupied and affected communities (taking into account the safety criterion, personal protective equipment is provided);
- Quick learning and adaptation is expected from the candidate;
- Excellent computer skills (required MSOffice).
