Proliska NGO announces a tender for the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of services in the field of psychology in the city of Kryvyi Rih
Proliska public organization - non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization, which since 2014 has provided comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by military operations in Ukraine.
Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support of the most vulnerable persons who suffered as a result of military actions; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; provision of assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found refuge; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the combat zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the line of combat operations and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate.
I. Requirements for the contestant:
- Higher education in psychology;
- Work experience in the specialty for more than 2 years;
- Experience in psychological counseling;
- Orientation in age periodization;
- Owning projective methods of psychodiagnostics;
- Orientation in emotional states of a person in a period of stress;
- Skill develop trainings;
- Ability to work with MS Office programs at the level of a confident user;
- Readiness to go to the combat zone in the territories under the control of the Government of Ukraine;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
Preference will be given to contestants who have:
- Certificate of a psychotherapist, certificates of training in evidence-based psychological methods;
- Experience in psychological counseling of persons who have survived or are experiencing emergency situations;
- Experience of working in non-profit and/or humanitarian organizations with IDPs or victims as a result of the war in Ukraine.
II. Description of the expected services:
- determining the needs of the beneficiaries in psychosocial assistance;
- Visiting the beneficiaries in their places of temporary stay (stations, places of compact accommodation, distribution points humanitarian aid, etc.), provision of necessary psychological services;
- Direction, redirection (if necessary) of beneficiaries to receive necessary services;
- Provide non-specialized psychological assistance (first psychological aid, basic emotional support , psychoeducation, etc.);
- Provision of specialized assistance to beneficiaries using evidence-based methods;
- Conducting group forms of work (support group, training class, training, etc.) with children and adults;
>- Informing beneficiaries about the available psychological services;
- Compiling plans, reports and performing other current tasks within the framework of service provision;
- Maintaining electronic spreadsheets of KoVo, accounting for the assistance provided;

- Preparation of public informational materials in the field of psychology for placement in social networks;
- Compilation of reports on services provided.
ІІІ. Whatwe offer:
