For this purpose, we provide children and adults with psychological, social, and educational support. We provide consulting support for adoptive parents, foster parents of family-type orphanages and foster families.

In connection with the continuation of the annual psychosocial project, we are looking for a Team , which will be responsible for its implementation with the support of the Foundation and an international organization.

So we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Psychologist who will provide services for families raising children - orphans, children deprived of parental care, namely: families of guardians/guardians, foster families, family-type children's homes, adoptive families), which are priority categories within the project.

The project will be implemented in the western region of Ukraine, in communities of Lviv and Zakarpattia regions. 

Wishes for the candidate:

• Psychological education;
• Practical experience in counseling from 1 year; li>Experience of conducting individual and group consultations in the offline\online format;
• Experience of working with children and adolescents in the direction of psychosocial support;
• Experience of working with vulnerable categories of the population;
• Conducting trainings and psychological measures;
• Ability to react quickly and assess the situation to make appropriate decisions;
• Understanding the principles of confidentiality of information and privacy of consultations;
• Readiness to temporary cooperation within the project;
• Readiness for business trips within the region.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Involvement in visits and meetings with clients;
• Conducting individual and group consultations with different age groups;
• Participation in creating a program for events;
• Organization and holding parent clubs according to the program developed within the project;
• Preparation of methodical material, presentations and necessary information for carrying out activities with children, teenagers and their parents;
• Participation in educational trainings in offline and online format;
• Participation in supervisions;
• Maintenance of electronic and paper reporting documentation, maintenance of customer database.

Work schedule: full-time from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, which involves a hybrid work formathere with visits, trips and meetings with clients. 

The trial period in the position is 3 months.
