Requirements< /b>:
Specialist or Master's degree in "Psychology", "Clinical Psychology". Availability of confirmed (diploma, certificate) training in psychotherapy skills and methods.
Excellent communication skills, experience in independently engaging clients.
Working conditions :
Weekdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekends: Saturday, Sunday.
- Search and creation of a beneficiary base with the support of the PR department;
- Reception of persons affected by the war in the protection center;
- Provision of psychological consultations;
- Provision of psychotherapeutic assistance;
- Conducting group events;
- On-site reception of beneficiaries;
- Conducting individual and group counseling, conducting activities aimed at improving the psychological state of beneficiaries;
- Report all relevant information about psychological conditions of concern; provide counseling regarding the need for counseling before seeking psychiatric help;
- Collect, process, analyze the results obtained during the provision of services according to the established methodology, observing the rules of confidentiality;
- Participate in the development and dissemination of educational materials for beneficiaries;
- Write daily, scheduled and unscheduled reports on the performance of services;
- Participate in meetings, meetings on organizational issues, issues related to the implementation of project tasks, strengthening of professional skills;
- Participate in measures for the prevention of emotional burnout< /p>
